A low-fidelity, click-through wireframe of the proposed product, built on one concrete pilot: 200 free-standing units, 50 dispatched to each of four metros, of which 169 were installed. This is a sign-off artifact about what the product does, not how it looks. Greys, boxes, and placeholders are deliberate.
The receiver scans the packaging QR as pallets land at each city warehouse. The brand sees the material arrived, and where it fell short in transit, before a single stand ships to a store.
SCREEN 2 · LEVEL 2The field crew scans the QR on the back of the stand with a normal phone camera. No app. A short form captures who, where, condition, and a photo, with GPS and time stamped automatically.
SCREEN 3The whole pilot as a funnel: 200 shipped, 195 reached a warehouse, 169 went up. The 31 missing split into two owners, the transporter and the store crews. The one view that makes the brand say "now I can see it."
